We process data that you provide or leave as part of using our site. This will most often be the data necessary to contact us and, e.g. your name and e-mail address, provided as part of the forms or windows available on our website. We also process data that you leave as part of navigating our site, including the ones you leave in the so-called cookies. We also process other data that you voluntarily post in some of the functionalities made available to you, e.g. address details or detailed contact details. Objectives and legal grounds for processing

We process your data for the following purposes and in accordance with the following legal bases:

1. for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by us as a controller (legal basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the RODO), i.e. in order to:

a. rendering services to their clients,

b. settling disputes, pursuing claims and reviewing complaints,

c. marketing of JARKPOL services

d. conducting analytical and statistical activities,

e. optimizing the services and products offered,

f. customer service,

g. customer satisfaction surveys and the level of satisfaction of our clients with the services and products offered,

h. ensuring IT security related to the www.jarkpol.com.pl website

2. in order to perform the contracts concluded by us with our clients, in order to cooperate with suppliers and other entities with whom JARKPOL cooperates as part of its operations (legal basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b)

3. in order to fulfill the legal obligation imposed on us by individual legal provisions (legal basis of Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR),

4. to recruit people interested in working at JARKPOL or establishing cooperation with JARKPOL based on a civil law contract (legal basis of Article 6 (1) (a) and (c) of the GDPR),

5. In addition, in connection with our video monitoring at JARKPOL, we inform you that we collect your personal data in the form of your image that is collected for purposes arising from legitimate interests carried out by us as a data controller, i.e. ensuring security JARKPOL employees and customers and their property as well as dispute resolution, claim enforcement and complaint handling (legal basis of Article 6 (1) letter f) of the RODO).

 

Recipients of data

Your data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on our behalf, in accordance with the above list - it is important that these entities process data on the basis of a contract with us and only in accordance with our instructions.

In addition, your data may also be transferred to entities authorized to obtain them on the basis of applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement authorities in the event of a request by the authority on the appropriate legal basis (eg for the needs of pending criminal or civil proceedings).

Your data may in certain cases be transferred to recipients from third countries, ie from countries outside the European Economic Area (European Union + Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), in particular if it is necessary for the provision of services to you or if it will result from another legal basis. Each time you will find information about such a need before placing an order, starting to provide services or filling out a contact form.

 

Rights related to the processing of personal data

You have the right to:

- access to your data, obtaining a copy of the data and the right to rectify it,

- request removal of your personal data at any time,

- requests to limit the processing of your personal data,

- object to further processing of your data,

- file a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the law.

 

If your data is processed on the basis of consent or as part of the service provided, you may additionally use the right to transfer data in a commonly used format allowing, for example, to print or save to the computer's memory. You can send this data to another data administrator.

Please remember that the consent granted for processing may be revoked at any time without affecting the validity of the processing made on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.

Information about "cookies" and similar technologies

The entity posting information in the form of cookies (so-called cookies) and other similar technologies in your terminal equipment (eg computer, laptop, smartphone, TV with smart technology) and gaining access to them is JARKPOL, and sometimes processors providing analytical services, advertisers, application developers or advertising agencies. We will notify you of changes in the number and designation of entities that have access to your data through changes to the Privacy Policy.

Only for clarification should be indicated that cookies are IT data, in particular text files that are stored in your terminal equipment. Declaration on data protection in Google Analytics

Google Analytics, Google Double Click and Google Tag Manger use cookies that allow you to analyze how you use websites. Information collected by cookies is transferred to Google servers located in the USA and archived.

 

If the IP anonymisation function is enabled when using our website, the User's IP address is shortened by Google. This applies to the Member States of the European Union and other countries mentioned in the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address is sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. In this way, the IP anonymisation function will be active on our website. At the request of the website operator, Google uses the collected information to analyze the use of the website, prepare reports on the use of the website and other services related to the use of the Internet. The IP address provided by the User's browser as part of the Google Analytics program is not stored together with other Google data.

Time of data storage

Your data collected on the basis of your consent is kept for no longer than until you withdraw your consent to their processing. After withdrawal of consent or after the end of the storage period, your personal data will be removed from any data carriers.

In the case of personal data collected by us in order to fulfill our legitimate interests, these data will be processed by us until such interests are fulfilled. No profiling

Your personal data is not used for profiling as one of the forms of automated processing of personal data.
